Thanks to a $35,000 grant from the Ontario Trillium Foundation, we have a renovated kitchen and cafeteria, a new floor on the HeARTwood Gallery, new lighting, a wheelchair access ramp from the parking lot, and more! April 27-May 3, 2002: Volunteer superintendent Ron Castonguay was named the NewRO Volunteer of the Week. Ron was recognized through some 20 clips shown during commercial segments throughout the week. Click here to see Ron in action. April 13, 2002: The first OC Transpo Lost & Found sale of unclaimed items took place today. It was a tremendous success, with the sale of everything from music CDs to umbrellas to jewelry helping to bring in $1500 to support the work of Heartwood House: au coeur de la vie. March 1, 2002: Word about the quality service that is being provided to the Ottawa community through the Heartwood House OC Transpo Lost & Found is starting to get around.
