The OC Transpo Lost & Found is managed by Heartwood House: au coeur de la vie. The compensation Heartwood House receives from the City of Ottawa is used to offset operating costs. With the support of Heartwood staff, our volunteers who are primarily from Heartwood Member Group programs learn valuable employment skills while delivering the services of the Lost and Found program. Over 30,000 items are received at the Lost & Found, each year and approximately 26% of these items are returned to the rightful owners.

The OC Transpo Lost & Found is located at Heartwood House, 153 Chapel St., at the corner of Rideau and Chapel. It is 3 stop lights East of King Edward and Rideau.
